비건지향식 카페를 운영하고 있는데 우리밀 빵을 굽거나 공정무역 커피와 채식피자를 만들어 판매하고 있습니다. 저희가 만나고 싶은 우퍼는 비건버터,치즈,마요네스등 비건인을 위한 다양한 먹거리에 관심과 경험이 많으신 분입니다. 카페앞에 작은 텃밭정원을 갖고 있어 함께 가꾸실 분도 반기겠습니다
참고로 저희는 숙박이 어려워 당일 우핑만 가능합니다. 저희 부부 천호균 정금자는 “농사가 예술이다” 라는 신념으로 가지고 있습니다. 아름다움을 창조하는 예술과 먹을거리를 창조하는 농부의 위대함이 세상을 변화시키고 세상을 구한다는 자부심으로 매일매일을 즐기고 있습니다. 그 일환으로 파주에서 “평화마을짓자” 라는 사단법인 농장에서 퍼머컬쳐농법으로 공동농사를 짓고 있으며 남편은 개인적으로 민통선 안에서 대마농사를 4년차 짓고 있습니다. 카페가 위치한 이곳은 헤이리 예술마을로 갤러리와 미술관, 주변에 박물관등 예술문화를 즐기실 수 있는 곳 입니다.

✅ Introduction to the Host and the Farm :
We run a vegan-oriented café, where we bake bread using Korean wheat, and make fair-trade coffee and vegetarian pizza.
We are looking for WWOOFers who are interested in and experienced with vegan foods such as vegan butter, cheese, and mayonnaise. We also have a small garden in front of the café and would love help maintaining it.
Please note that we do not provide accommodation, so only daily WWOOFing is available.
We, Cheon Ho-gyun and Jeong Geum-ja, strongly believe that "farming is art." Just as artists create beauty, famers create food that can change and save the world.
As part of this belief, we are involved in a non-profit organization farm in Paju called "Let’s Build a Peace Village," where we practice permaculture-based communal farming. Additionally, we have been growing hemp inside the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) for four years as a personal farming project.
Our café is located in Heyri Art Village, surrounded by galleries, museums, and cultural spaces, making it a perfect place to enjoy art and culture.

세련되고 아늑한 카페에 마음 따뜻하게 맞이해 주셔서 기뻤습니다. 호스트는 친절하시고 제가 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 신경을 써주셨습니다. 한국 채식 요리를 가르쳐주시는 분을 모시고 제가 한국 요리를 배울 수 있게 해주셔서 풍성한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 구체적으로 제안을 해주셨기 때문에 제가 카페를 위해 어떤 요리를 만들면 좋을지 이미지가 쉬웠습니다. 다른 요리사와 함께 요리를 만드는 것도 즐거웠습니다. 멋진 기회를 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다.
