Ruyi Gan (Singapore) : During my 2-3 weeks stay with the host family, I was amazed by how much I learned and the valuable lessons I gained. I got to enjoy a wide variety of delicious Korean meals and engaging in cultural exchanges with the family. Each day was filled with new experiences - from planting seeds and transplanting vegetables & flowers, to learning how to wrap Gimbap, trying out natural dyeing, flower wreath making, and even clams digging! Ajusshi also taught me basic Hangul and Taiji, and I had the chance to learn about the traditional Korean drum (Janggu) from Ajumma as well! The family's warmth, hospitality, and the close connection to nature made this experience truly special. Learning about Ariland’s history and vision deeply inspired me in a meaningful way. I'll always cherish the memories and valuable life lessons from this amazing experience. :)

Anaïs Quintin (France) : The first WWOOFing experience for me and my sister .And maybe the best one :D All the familly and staff is heart warming, always smilling and full of the nicest intention to us ! We did a lot of different works, so we were never bored ^^ We learn so much from them ! And we had so much fun, that I couldn't told you everything XD
You can exchange different opinions with them, it is very interesting! Sometimes, hosst can teach you a bit of Korean language or culture :) We had a great time there, and we would like to come again as soon as possible !
If you like good products and want to spend time in the sweetest family ever, then it's a place for you !

WWOOFer : I arrived rather nervous for my first time of WWOOFing. I struggled the first few days with a sudden strange bout of homesickness and the early mornings (breakfast was between 7 and 8) and finishing around 6. However, those worries soon faded away and the last week and half went by so quickly, faster than I really wanted. There were a lot of interesting different things to do each day, working with either Sam (the son), the father, other women working for them, or by myself. I preferred the less social work as it was more relaxed and let me just listen to podcasts and the days fade away, but there was plenty of opportunity around meal times (which would be surrounded by a lot of free time if you want) to talk and learn about the farm and the father's philosophy on care and quality. They also run the next door kindergarten and spend their Sunday mornings/lunch at the church.

WWOOFer (Canada) : After going for 5 months from farm to farm, I found in this farm the peace I needed to get a rest. It's simple : the atmosphere and the environment of the farm is so peaceful that I stayed one month instead of two weeks. And it was worth it !^^
The hosts' children speak english very well, which was very comfortable.
I advise this farm to all WWOOFers !^^

WWOOFer (Singapore) : The reason I chose this host was because from the profile provided by WWOOF Korea's website, Sam oppa, his family and his home seemed lovely. Also, it was near to the sea, which I love!
When I first arrived at Seocheon train station, Sam oppa, the son of the host family was ready to pick me up. He was aware that I did not have service on my mobile phone so he brought me to a telecom shop and helped me with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card. On the journey to his home, he also stopped by a food stall to get me some light snack as he was also aware that I have not had lunch.
Over at Sam oppa's place, I met the rest of the family members and for the whole time I was there, they were very hospitable and paid great attention to my needs and comfort. They were very warm and I felt right at home warm with their delicious home cooked food.
The farming activities were not very strenuous but I felt of use since Sam oppa and his dad always tried to involve me in their work. While farming, I had to work with local grannies and they were a delight even if we did not speak the same language. On other days, Sam oppa's mom would take me to her pre-school to help around too. So not only was I exposed to farming, I had the chance to interact with kids, their moms, and see how the system there is different from my country.
After working hours, the family would take me around town for shopping or to meet friends. Sam oppa even brought me to the beach since he knew how much I wanted to see the ocean.
The locals there were also super kind-hearted and friendly. Some brought me around the local market to try street foods, others brought me into their homes to have some fruit. It was wonderful!
And finally, one of the many things that I cherish during my stay would be the talks during meals, whereby Sam oppa's dad would explain to me about the meaning of farming and sometimes give me advice about life. I truly appreciate that and also their passion for the things that they do.
Even if it was only 4 to 5 days, I learnt so much in many different aspects. I am highly indebted to Sam oppa and his family.
