전통 온돌 문화 연구와 함께 자연 친화적 농업을 실천하고자 설립된 농업 법인입니다. 단순한 생산을 넘어 ‘사람과 자연이 공존하는 농사’를 지향하며 농장을 운영하고 있습니다. 현재 농장은 약 3000평 규모의 논과 1,427m2의 단호박 재배지를 중심으로 꾸려지고 있으며, 농업을 시작하게 된 계기는 지역 농업의 지속 가능성을 직접 실천해 보고자 하는 마음이 컸습니다. 온돌 연구 과정에서 얻은 자연 순환의 원리를 농사에도 적용하고자 하였고, 이를 통해 생태적인 방식으로 건강한 먹거리를 생산하는 데 큰 보람을 느끼고 있습니다. 앞으로는 다양한 생태 체험과 전통·문화 공동체 활동을 연계하여, 자연을 배워가는 농장을 만들어가고자 합니다.

✅ 친환경 농업에 대한 실천 : 오리농법과 우렁이농법을 통해 논 생태계의 스스로 순환하는 힘을 키우고, 잡초·해충을 인위적으로 제거하는 방식 대신 생물 간 균형을 활용합니다. 음식물 쓰레기는 분해 후 퇴비로 활용하거나 가축 사육을 통한 순환 농법으로 온돌 문화 연구를 통해 깨달은 ‘자연의 흐름을 거스르지 않는 삶’과 맞닿아 있으며, 자연을 소모하는 존재가 아니라 공존하는 존재가 되고자 하는 실천으로 이어집니다.
✅ 생활에서 친환경 실천 사항 : ‘쓰레기는 없다, 다만 활용되지 못한 자원이 있을 뿐이다’ 라는 생각으로 생활 속에서 배출을 최소화하고, 재사용·재활용을 통해 자원을 다시 순환시키는 데 힘쓰고 있습니다.

✅ Host introduction and free farm introduction:
This is an agricultural corporation established to practice nature-friendly farming together with the study of traditional ondol (Korean floor heating) culture. We aim for farming where “people and nature coexist,” going beyond simple production, and we operate the farm with this in mind.
The farm is currently organized around about 3,000 pyeong of rice paddies and 1,427 m² of pumpkin cultivation area. The main motivation for starting farming was a strong desire to directly practice the sustainability of local agriculture. We wanted to apply the principles of natural circulation learned through ondol research to farming, and through this we feel great fulfillment in producing healthy food in an ecological manner.
In the future, we hope to create a farm where people can learn from nature by connecting various ecological experiences with traditional and cultural community activities.

✅ Practice of eco-friendly agriculture: Through duck-rice farming and golden apple snail (rice snail) farming, we strengthen the self-circulating power of the paddy-field ecosystem and utilize the balance between living organisms instead of artificially removing weeds and pests. Food waste is decomposed and used as compost or utilized through livestock raising as part of circular agriculture. This is connected to the idea realized through ondol culture research — “a life that does not go against the flow of nature” — and continues as a practice of becoming beings that coexist with nature rather than consuming it.
✅ Eco-friendly practices in daily life: With the belief that “there is no trash, only resources that have not yet been used,” we strive to minimize waste in daily life and to recirculate resources through reuse and recycling.

✅ Tasks for WWOOFers:
March–May: Sowing, harvesting, and weeding work
June–August: Rice planting, weeding in rice paddies, maintaining water levels in paddies, spreading snails, managing ducks
September–November: Harvesting, pruning, and fertilizing
December–February: Firing the wood stove, chopping firewood, wood-related work, woodworking and furniture making, etc.
