저희 농장은 퍼머컬쳐(지속가능한 농법)을 실천하는 농장입니다. 농장지기로 엄마 김은미(오실)와 딸 이서진(도담)이 함께 숲과 같은 밭을 가꾸고 있습니다. 저희는 도시에서 4년 전 귀촌하여 심신의 건강과 여유로움을 되찾게 되어 이를 계기로 농장을 지구 환경과 자연생태에 거스르지 않고 더불어 살 수 있는 환경으로 만들어 가고 있습니다. 또한 이를 사람들과 함께 공유하고 싶어 농촌 민박과 디저트카페를 함께 운영하고 있습니다.

-9월~11월 : 깨 종류 수확, 수세미 수확 및 천연수세미 만들기, 가지치기 등
-12월~2월 : 온실 샐러드 채소 가꾸기, 봄 파종 및 거름 주기, 두둑 조성하기 등

✅ Host introduction and free farm introduction:
Our farm practices permaculture (a sustainable farming method). As farm keepers, mother Kim Eun-mi (Osil) and daughter Lee Seojin (Dodam) cultivate a field that is like a forest together. We moved from the city to the countryside four years ago and regained our physical and mental health and sense of ease, and from this experience we began to make our farm into an environment where we can live together without going against the global environment and natural ecosystems. We also wish to share this with others, so we run rural lodging and a dessert café together.

✅ Practice of eco-friendly agriculture: We practice farming methods that revive the soil using no pesticides, no tillage, and no chemical fertilizers. With minimal human intervention, we aim to implement permaculture methods such as hügelkultur and sheet mulching, where nature can coexist on its own, and we pursue a virtuous-cycle farming method in which things are born in nature and return to nature.
✅ Eco-friendly practices in daily life: Composting leftover food, using an ecological toilet for fertilizer, separating recyclables, minimizing and reusing plastic, farm-to-table practices, and using and recycling natural energy (solar power and rainwater)

✅ Tasks for WWOOFers:
March–May: Sowing and transplanting annual leafy vegetables, applying compost, pruning and caring for trees, etc.
June–August: Harvesting garlic and onions, making compost, growing corn and herbs, harvesting plums and making plum extract, etc.
September–November: Harvesting various kinds of sesame, harvesting loofah and making natural loofahs, pruning, etc.
December–February: Growing greenhouse salad vegetables, spring sowing and fertilizing, making raised beds, etc.
