오디와 호미가 3만평의 산과 3천평의 퍼머컬처 농장을 운영하고 있습니다. 2명의 청년 팀원들이 있으며 유산양,면양,돼지,닭,개 등 동물들과 조화롭게 함께 일하는 곳이에요. 퍼머컬처 방식에 따라 농장,교육,건축,문화,커뮤니티 등 다양한 영역의 프로젝트들도 함께 하고 있습니다. 프로젝트와 계절에 따라 생태 건축, 동물 돌봄, 교육프로그램 보조, 기후미식회, 농사 등의 다양한 경험들을 할 수 있습니다. 퍼머컬처 방식을 모든 삶에 적용하고 있으며 농장 또한 퍼머컬처 윤리와 원칙에 따라 설계되었습니다. 빗물을 위치 에너지를 이용해 순환 시키며 지속 가능한 자재들로 농장을 만들고 있습니다. 음식물 쓰레기는 퇴비가 되고 퇴비는 키친 가든으로 다시 순환됩니다. 이외에도 수 많은 연결 고리가 있으며 토양을 경운 하지 않고 동물들과 함께 일하며 동물들은 우리의 파트너라고 생각합니다.

9월~11월: 호두 수확/겨울 밭작물 정식/겨울 장작 준비/과일나무 가지치기
12월~2월: 1년 농사 마무리/채종/온실용 작물 재배 준비/ 장 담그기
봄~가을: 생태건축물 짓기/ 동물 관리/ 체험교육 프로그램 보조 등

✅ Host introduction and free farm introduction:
OD and Homi operate 30,000 pyeong of mountain land and a 3,000-pyeong permaculture farm. There are two young team members, and this is a place where we work harmoniously together with animals such as dairy goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, and a dog.
In accordance with the permaculture approach, we are also carrying out projects in diverse areas such as farming, education, architecture, culture, and community. Depending on the projects and the seasons, you can have various experiences such as eco-building, animal care, assisting with educational programs, climate-friendly gastronomy events, and farming. We apply the permaculture approach to all of life, and the farm is also designed according to permaculture ethics and principles.
We circulate rainwater using potential (positional) energy and build the farm with sustainable materials. Food waste becomes compost, and the compost returns again to the kitchen garden. Beyond this there are countless other connections. Without tilling the soil, we work together with animals, and we regard the animals as our partners.

✅ Practice of eco-friendly agriculture: We adhere to no-pesticide, no-fertilizer, no-herbicide, no-tillage, and no-irrigation practices, and if compost is needed, we use self-made compost. By designing and managing the farm like a forest with symbiotic guilds and forest-garden techniques, we increase sustainability. With various animals, we practice circular crop–livestock farming and realize a farm with healthy soil.
✅ Eco-friendly practices in daily life: We place the highest priority on the reuse and circulation of resources and constantly reflect on whether we are engaging in ethical consumption in every aspect of life.

March–May: Collecting wild greens; planting fruit trees; sowing seeds; raising seedlings; transplanting field crops
June–August: Wrapping up spring farming after harvest; making preserved and stored foods
September–November: Harvesting walnuts; transplanting winter field crops; preparing winter firewood; pruning fruit trees
December–February: Finishing the year’s farming; seed saving; preparing to grow greenhouse crops; making traditional fermented soybean paste and sauce
Spring–Winter: Building ecological structures; animal care; assisting with experience-education programs, etc.

This was our first time WWOOF'ing and we had such a great time! Homie and OD were very welcoming and kind. The accommodations were top notch. The work was fun and the down time afterwards was relaxing - the Korean countryside is so beautiful! It was very fun getting to know and work alongside Homie and OD as well as Alex and Jiyeong. We also loved interacting with all the animals on the farm, especially the dogs!
We would love to go WWOOFing again!
